Embsay Wellbeing Group

At the start of this year we set up our Embsay Wellbeing Group to include specialists therapists in the Craven Area with the aim to promote what therapies are available to others to improve their health and wellbeing.  We held our launch in May and have had our 2nd event this weekend (16th November) inviting others to attend and try Reiki, Reflexology, Angelic Reiki, Massage and this time Yoga and Pilates and to purchase our crystals and crystal healing bracelets.  We also had other health and wellbeing related stalls and our lovely Samba band (Loud Minority Samba Band) played at the beginning of each events.  We were also happy to present talks about therepies to explain these in more detail.  The feedback on our events has been positive and we will shortly be planning our next one that will take place in 2020.
