Managing Anxiety and Stress


Living in a fast moving, high pressure world can sometimes lead to people having to constantly manage their own anxiety and stress.  I have myself managed my own anxiety and stress issues for many years.  Trained in counselling skills and stress facilitation in a local NHS organisation as well as previously training to be a relaxation for living practitioner I have gained a vast amount of experience in identifying stress factors and utilising tools to resolve them.  My aim is to share these self help tools to help as many people as I can to get back in control of their lives to allow all to live the lives that we deserve not the life we have imposed upon us.
